Daylesford Lawn Tennis Club welcomes visitors and locals of all ages and abilities to play on our beautiful grass courts.
About Us
Daylesford Lawn Tennis Club welcomes visitors and locals to its beautifully maintained grass courts in picturesque surrounds looking over to Wombat Hill. Our grass courts are open for play from October to April. Young or old, beginner or advanced, social or competitive, we will help you find the right way to enjoy this fantastic game.
While our courts are owned by our club, not the local Shire, visitors are very welcome and encouraged to play. During our season there are always nets up. Simply pay for court hire online through Book a Court ($20/hr per court) or by cash in the honesty box at the gate or better still become a member! Membership is unbelievably good value. The grass courts are open October to April conditions permitting. Asphalt courts are open all year round.
Daylesford Lawn Tennis Club offers many tennis programs to cater to all ages and talents.
Senior tennis competitions occur Thursday nights and Saturday afternoons.
Junior tennis competition and hot shot tennis programs for beginners occurs on Saturday mornings.
Social tennis occurs on Sunday mornings, Tuesday evening and our GYRO program is on Monday evenings.
All Visitors Welcome
Courts are available to hire in our season from October to April. The courts are maintained by our volunteer members and court hire fees help to provide a reasonably-priced facility for local residents and welcomed visitors. Payments can be made online through Book A Court or by cash in the honesty box at the West St entrance to the courts. Please pay for all the hours you play.

Members play for free

If you are a non-member playing on our courts the fee is $20 per hour to hire the court regardless of how many people are playing on court or whether you are playing with an existing member or not. The fee is $20 per hour per court
